We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will assess students' interests, help them choose suitable courses or programs, and provide continued support throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding course selection, career options, and educational pathways.

• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs or institutions.

• Provide information on admission procedures, eligibility, scholarships, and financial aid.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Maintain student databases and counseling records.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

• Participate in educational events, workshops, and webinars.

• Stay updated with the latest academic trends and educational opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 1-5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or academic advising.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with national and international education systems.

• CRM or ERP software knowledge (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
