Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators and technicians while maintaining production schedules and improving productivity on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities and staff on the manufacturing floor.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Monitor the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production team members to maximize performance.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to reduce downtime and waste.

• Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and inventory teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain detailed records of production output, downtime, and efficiency reports.

• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Suggest and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
