Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Incharge to lead and oversee the quality control processes within our production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and improving internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, inspect, and test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures and policies across production departments.

• Lead a team of quality inspectors and coordinate daily inspection and audit activities.

• Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, inspection records, and compliance audits.

• Identify quality issues and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve them.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Train production staff on quality awareness, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP (depending on industry).

• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
