The selected candidates will undergo training and be assigned to roles that match their specialization in areas like quality control, lab testing, research support, or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior staff in laboratory work, sample testing, data recording, and analysis.

• Perform routine quality checks of raw materials, products, or samples under supervision.

• Support in preparing test reports, documentation, and compliance records.

• Handle laboratory equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and company protocols.

• Participate in training programs and learn processes related to product development, quality assurance, or technical operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D, or quality departments.
