Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that production lines run efficiently and deliver high-quality output. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet business goals and customer demands.

• Supervise production staff and oversee the efficient running of machinery, tools, and equipment.

• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow.

• Ensure quality standards are consistently met and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team.

• Maintain safe and clean work environments by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.

• Manage inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods in coordination with the supply chain.

• Recruit, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance work culture.

• Prepare and present production reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.

• Implement cost control measures and continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, and Procurement to resolve issues promptly.
