Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize production schedules based on business and client requirements.

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, and materials).

• Supervise and manage production teams to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed for optimal performance.

• Maintain high levels of product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Inventory teams for smooth operations.

• Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports on productivity, output, and efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

• Handle staffing requirements, training, and performance evaluation of the production team.
