We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
Conduct market research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarks.
Support other HR operations as needed.
