Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.

Help create marketing content such as posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.

Monitor marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.

Engage with the online community and respond to queries/comments.
HR Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.

Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.

Maintain HR records and assist in onboarding new hires.

Contribute to drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications.
