We are looking for an HR Intern to support various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
Help coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and employee records.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification and training coordination.
Help organize employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee policies.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with HR-related projects.
