We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and help them make informed decisions about their education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and their families regarding admission processes, programs, courses, eligibility, and other requirements.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to support admission inquiries.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

• Schedule and conduct admission interviews and campus tours (if applicable).

• Provide personalized advice based on students' academic backgrounds and career goals.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to organize webinars, open houses, and promotional events.

• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall admissions growth.
