We are looking for a detail-oriented After-Sales Support Intern to assist our team in ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless post-sales service.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, product support, and service issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
Help create user guides, FAQs, and other support materials.
Support the after-sales team in tracking service requests and warranty claims.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements for products or services.
