Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst Intern to join our QA team. This internship offers hands-on experience in software testing, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will assist in both manual and automated testing processes and gain exposure to real-world QA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scripts.

• Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues.

• Participate in functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing.

• Help maintain test documentation, including test plans, test data, and test reports.

• Learn and support the use of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).

• Contribute to QA process improvements and ensure software meets quality standards.
