Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven professional for the position of State Head to lead our Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) business across PCH and Rajasthan. This strategic leadership role is within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry and is focused on driving business growth, profitability, and market presence in the assigned region. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning and executing LAP sales strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
The candidate will identify and onboard high-potential channel partners in line with business goals and ensure strong, long-term associations. Building and managing robust relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key market stakeholders is essential. The State Head will also lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the distribution network, executing regional sales promotions, ensuring seamless documentation, and facilitating smooth processing in collaboration with internal support teams for optimal turnaround time (TAT). Regular MIS tracking, reporting, and cross-selling of insurance and related financial products are also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring leadership capability, deep knowledge of the NBFC sector, and a strong customer-first approach.
