Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Area Sales Manager (BSM) to lead and grow our Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Affordable Housing business in Bhilwara. This opportunity in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector involves managing business through both DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and DST (Direct Sales Team) verticals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, including mentoring, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to drive performance and meet branch sales targets. The BSM will also be responsible for building and managing a productive DSA network, generating quality leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing and documentation with full compliance to internal and external guidelines.

Key responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with internal departments for disbursals, maintaining branch-level MIS and reporting, and implementing local marketing and promotional activities. The role also involves cross-selling insurance and other financial products. A result-oriented, customer-centric mindset and proven experience in team leadership within the NBFC or housing finance sector are essential.
