We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Help draft job descriptions, HR letters, and policy documents

• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events

• Assist in performance tracking, feedback collection, and reporting

• Conduct research on HR trends and best practices
