Job Description

We are looking for an organized and driven IT Project Management Intern to join our team. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of IT projects

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and design

• Help document project requirements, status updates, meeting notes, and reports

• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items

• Identify potential project risks and suggest mitigation strategies

• Maintain project documentation and version control

• Support agile and scrum processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
