Job Description

We are seeking a polite, problem-solving, and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in improving customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist in resolving customer issues, providing accurate information and follow-ups

  • Document customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, technical) to find effective solutions

  • Help update support documentation, FAQs, and help center content

  • Monitor support ticket systems and ensure timely closure of requests

  • Gather insights from customer interactions and share them with the team
