The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of fostering a positive workplace culture.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace. Mediate and resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on employee performance issues. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Work with managers to develop employee performance improvement plans and career development paths. Training & Development: Assess training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
