Job Description
The HR Generalist will handle a wide range of HR tasks, ensuring that the company employs the right balance of skills and talent. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, enforcing company policies, and fostering a positive workplace environment.Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, address employee concerns, and mediate disputes to foster a positive work environment. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by helping managers and employees with goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, such as EEO, FMLA, and OSHA, and manage internal HR audits as necessary. Benefits Administration: Assist with the management and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored perks.
