The HR Recruitment Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company attracts and hires qualified candidates in a timely manner. This role includes identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to talent acquisition and be able to build a strong employer brand.Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job ads on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media, to attract top talent. Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for further interviews. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to hiring managers, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth interview process.
