Job Description

The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and enrolling prospective students. The role involves providing guidance to students throughout the application process, conducting interviews, reviewing application materials, and promoting the institution’s programs. The Admissions Counselor also represents the institution at various recruitment events, helping to build relationships with prospective students and their families.Student Recruitment: Promote the institution’s programs and recruit students through various channels such as high school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and online events. Admissions Counseling: Serve as a primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process by providing information about academic programs, financial aid options, housing, and campus life. Application Evaluation: Review and assess applications, including transcripts, test scores, essays, and recommendation letters, to determine eligibility for admission. Interviews & Campus Tours: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess fit and motivation, and coordinate campus tours for students and their families. Admissions Events: Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, information sessions, orientation programs, and other admissions-related events.
