Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Intern to support our online business operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the backend of e-commerce platforms, logistics, inventory management, and customer support. You'll gain hands-on experience in managing digital storefronts and ensuring smooth online transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing and updating products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and inventory teams to manage orders.

• Monitor order fulfillment, shipping status, and returns/refunds processes.

• Update and maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Support customer service by resolving queries and complaints.

• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports.

• Ensure timely stock replenishment and manage SKUs across platforms.
