Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate insights into the company’s financial performance. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, and identifying areas for financial improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

   • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

   • Monitor actual vs. forecast performance and analyze variances.

2. Data Analysis & Financial Reporting

   • Analyze large datasets to extract financial insights and identify trends.

   • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

3. Financial Modeling

   • Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning, investment evaluation, and business cases.

4. Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide input to enhance financial efficiency.

   • Support product pricing, margin analysis, and return on investment (ROI) evaluations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   • Work with different departments (sales, operations, marketing) to gather inputs and align financial goals.

   • Support business units with ad hoc analysis and financial advice.
