Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a National Sales Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) for a Reputated finance company. This role will be responsible for leading and driving the LAP product. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the secured lending market and will be expected to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth targets. The role involves managing and expanding a wide distribution network, including direct sales teams and channel partners such as DSAs and connectors. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering monthly and annual disbursement targets, ensuring profitability, and maintaining portfolio quality. A key part of the role will include building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring policy compliance, and working closely with the credit, risk, and product teams to design and refine LAP offerings. The position requires strong leadership and team management capabilities, as the candidate will handle a team of zonal, regional, and area managers, guiding them toward performance excellence. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in the retail lending industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role in the LAP domain. Excellent communication, analytical skills, market understanding, and the ability to take strategic decisions are crucial for this role.
