Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, building financial models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

   • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

   • Monitor actual vs. budget performance and analyze variances.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

   • Analyze large datasets to extract trends and provide financial insights.

   • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

3. Financial Modeling

   • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, scenario planning, and ROI analyses.

4. Cost & Profitability Analysis

   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support product pricing and profitability analysis.

5. Cross-Functional Support

   • Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align financial plans with business goals.

   • Support ad hoc analysis requests and special projects.
