We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to oversee our company's technology infrastructure and lead our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure and effective operation of all IT systems, improving efficiency, and driving technology adoption in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and servers

• Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, developers, or system admins

• Oversee IT security measures, disaster recovery, and data protection

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Collaborate with departments to understand tech needs and recommend solutions

• Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and automation solutions

• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement
