Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting month-end closings. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with accounting policies, and timely reporting of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.

Maintain ledgers, journals, and proper documentation of all transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.

Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in collections.

Reconciliations

Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in records.

Financial Reporting Support

Assist in preparing trial balances, financial reports, and other statements.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Compliance & Taxation Assistance

Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as needed.

Maintain proper records for audit and compliance purposes.
