Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Technical Support Engineer to assist clients with software and hardware issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure smooth IT operations. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 technical support via email, chat, or phone

Troubleshoot software, hardware, or networking issues for clients or internal teams

Escalate unresolved queries to higher-level engineers or teams

Log and document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Conduct system checks, installations, and updates

Help test and verify bugs, patches, and fixes with QA team

Assist users with software configurations and system access

Create user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents

Ensure timely response and resolution to meet SLAs
