Job Description

The Assistant Manager supports the department manager in overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. This role involves coordinating projects, monitoring performance, and facilitating communication between staff and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Team Supervision & Leadership

    • Assist in managing and motivating team members to meet performance targets.

    • Conduct training and development sessions.

  2. Operational Management

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure processes run smoothly.

    • Implement and monitor departmental policies and procedures.

  3. Performance Monitoring

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

  4. Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Handle client/customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

    • Liaise with internal departments and external partners.

  5. Project Coordination

    • Support the planning and execution of projects.

    • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

  6. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

    • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
