Job Description

The Finance Manager oversees the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. This role ensures accurate financial planning and provides strategic insights to support business decisions and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

   • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

   • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations.

2. Financial Reporting

   • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

   • Develop management reports and financial dashboards.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

   • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.

   • Oversee banking relationships and optimize working capital.

4. Compliance & Taxation

   • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).

   • Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and manage audits.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

   • Implement and maintain strong internal controls.

   • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

6. Team Leadership & Development

   • Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team.

   • Delegate tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
