Job Description

The Strategy & Finance Associate supports the leadership team in developing and executing strategic initiatives, conducting financial analysis, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth. This role involves financial modeling, market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration across departments on key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Analysis

   • Support development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans.

   • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments.

2. Financial Modeling & Valuation

   • Build financial models for business cases, M&A, and new initiatives.

   • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making.

3. Business Performance Monitoring

   • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.

   • Identify risks and opportunities based on financial and operational data.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   • Work with finance, operations, and business units to gather data and drive initiatives.

   • Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership and board meetings.

5. Market Research & Insights

   • Conduct market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.

   • Provide recommendations for product, pricing, and market entry strategies.
