Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  2. Account Growth & Sales

    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and close deals.

  3. Project Coordination

    • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

    • Monitor project progress and address client concerns promptly.

  4. Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and client feedback.

    • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.

  5. Client Support & Issue Resolution

    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues efficiently.

    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
