Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, policy implementation, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a people-first leader who can align HR practices with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent

Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management

Design and manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations

Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely compliance with labor laws

Develop and enforce company policies and procedures

Manage HRMS systems and ensure accurate employee data

Lead engagement activities to build morale and reduce attrition

Prepare HR budgets, reports, and analytics for leadership review

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
