Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line support to users and clients. You will handle technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system configurations

  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or product teams

  • Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system

  • Assist in creating support documentation, FAQs, and user guides

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and support quality

  • Monitor system alerts and take proactive support actions
