Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Support Engineers to provide first-line support to clients and internal users. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, ensure timely ticket resolution, and act as a bridge between users and the tech team. This role demands strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user queries via chat, email, and phone

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues

  • Log issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

  • Guide users through step-by-step problem-solving procedures

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or engineering teams

  • Monitor system performance and alerts

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

  • Collaborate with the QA and DevOps team to report bugs and suggest improvements
