Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented IT Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and security systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (on-premises & cloud)

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and tools

• Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus tools

• Handle backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core services

• Support network devices (routers, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Automate routine tasks using scripting or DevOps tools

• Document technical processes and system configurations
