Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to provide second-level support for our in-house and client-facing applications. You will investigate issues, work closely with technical teams, and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between end-users and the development team for application-related issues

Troubleshoot software bugs, errors, and user queries related to business applications

Monitor application performance and alerts

Document issues, solutions, and system changes

Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements

Support software updates, patches, and releases

Collaborate with QA, development, and infrastructure teams

Assist in writing user documentation and support FAQs
