Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to provide second-level support for our in-house and client-facing applications. You will investigate issues, work closely with technical teams, and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between end-users and the development team for application-related issues

  • Troubleshoot software bugs, errors, and user queries related to business applications

  • Monitor application performance and alerts

  • Document issues, solutions, and system changes

  • Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements

  • Support software updates, patches, and releases

  • Collaborate with QA, development, and infrastructure teams

  • Assist in writing user documentation and support FAQs

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and support standards
