Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Information Security Officer (ISO) to lead and maintain our organization's information security framework. This role is responsible for developing security policies, managing compliance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the overall cybersecurity posture of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures

• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and breaches

• Ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.

• Manage cybersecurity tools: firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, DLP, etc.

• Collaborate with IT teams to secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Train employees on security awareness and best practices

• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

• Report on security performance to senior management and regulatory bodies
