Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and technically sound Service Desk Engineer to deliver IT support to users, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain system performance. You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing timely and professional support through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and user access issues

  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications

  • Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests

  • Provide remote desktop support and escalate complex issues

  • Monitor and maintain system health, connectivity, and backups

  • Document solutions and update internal knowledge base

  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met
