Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and technically sound Service Desk Engineer to deliver IT support to users, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain system performance. You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing timely and professional support through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and user access issues

Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications

Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests

Provide remote desktop support and escalate complex issues

Monitor and maintain system health, connectivity, and backups

Document solutions and update internal knowledge base

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met
