Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and mentor a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for achieving targets, training team members, monitoring KPIs, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share progress reports

• Guide the team in lead generation, pitching, objection handling, and closing deals

• Provide sales training, call feedback, and performance coaching

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services

• Handle escalated client interactions and key account closures
