Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, writing technical documentation, and collaborating with developers to deliver scalable and efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Create user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and UI/UX designers

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable development tasks

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups

• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies

• Test system functionality and validate against business requirements

• Provide support during UAT and post-deployment phases
