Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to assist users in resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues. You will be the first line of support, ensuring quick resolution of problems and delivering excellent service through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to support requests via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues

  • Document problems and resolutions using a helpdesk system

  • Guide users through issue-resolution steps or escalate when required

  • Perform system checks and software installations

  • Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation

  • Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams for escalated issues

  • Monitor service SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
