Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to assist users in resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues. You will be the first line of support, ensuring quick resolution of problems and delivering excellent service through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to support requests via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues

Document problems and resolutions using a helpdesk system

Guide users through issue-resolution steps or escalate when required

Perform system checks and software installations

Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation

Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams for escalated issues
