Job Description
We are looking for a solution-oriented Technology Support Engineer to provide front-line technical assistance across software, hardware, and network platforms. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring system uptime for end-users and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone, email, or ticketing platforms

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems, software, and network configurations

Install, configure, and upgrade applications and IT tools

Support end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) and peripherals

Document solutions, SOPs, and maintain user manuals

Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and product teams for deeper issue resolution

Track support metrics and ensure SLA compliance

Assist in deploying security patches, updates, and system monitoring tools
