Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance to internal teams and external users. You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues, managing IT tools, and ensuring business continuity through efficient tech support.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, email, and ticketing platforms

Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, software, networks, and devices

Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, printers, peripherals)

Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory or similar platforms

Monitor system performance and assist in backup and update processes

Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices

Ensure IT assets are tracked, tagged, and inventoried properly

Coordinate with vendors and external tech teams when required
