Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations and strategic initiatives. This role will assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, managing day-to-day functions, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-centric, and capable of balancing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Manage and maintain employee records, payroll inputs, and leave & attendance tracking.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Assist in organizing performance appraisals and training programs.

Handle employee grievances and provide solutions in alignment with HR policies.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Contribute to HR data reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.

Supervise and mentor junior HR team members.
