Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations and strategic initiatives. This role will assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, managing day-to-day functions, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-centric, and capable of balancing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

  • Manage and maintain employee records, payroll inputs, and leave & attendance tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

  • Assist in organizing performance appraisals and training programs.

  • Handle employee grievances and provide solutions in alignment with HR policies.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Contribute to HR data reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.

  • Supervise and mentor junior HR team members.
