Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and manage all HR operations. This role requires a people-focused leader with deep knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping company culture, talent strategy, and long-term HR planning.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the HR department and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and compliance.

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and specialized roles.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, succession planning, and team development.

  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Provide leadership in handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.

  • Oversee HR analytics, reporting, and budgeting for the HR department.

  • Mentor and guide junior HR professionals and build a strong HR team.
