Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Associate Support Consultant to deliver technical and functional support to end users. You’ll work with clients, internal teams, and support systems to troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide timely resolutions for software and service-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for product or service issues raised by users

  • Log and manage incidents/tickets using support platforms (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.)

  • Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate them to higher levels

  • Assist in onboarding, training, and documentation for clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams (QA, development, product) to track bugs or requests

  • Ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs

  • Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base updates

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure
