Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, training, and strategic planning. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

Lead the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation frameworks.

Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compensation structure.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and applying applicable labor laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and support systems.

Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal professionally.

Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.
