Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, training, and strategic planning. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR operations and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

  • Lead the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation frameworks.

  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compensation structure.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and applying applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and support systems.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal professionally.

  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.

  • Mentor and supervise junior HR team members.
