Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to support our HR department in managing key functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in strategic planning, ensure HR best practices, and foster a positive work environment aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll support, and compliance tracking.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation frameworks.

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.

Address employee queries, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution.

Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Contribute to training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.

Supervise and guide junior HR staff members and interns.
