Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with leadership and department heads to align business objectives with people strategies. As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent management, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of both business and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.

Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development programs.

Support performance management processes and identify high-potential talent.

Provide guidance on organizational design, team structures, and change management.

Analyze HR metrics to deliver insights and influence business decisions.

Mediate employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and legally compliant resolution.

Champion company culture and employee engagement strategies.

Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) like Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation.

Identify training needs and assist in implementing learning initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
